What is CUET
The Common University Entrance Test (CUET) is a national level entrance test conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) essentially for the admission into many central or state universities in India, especially the University of Delhi, Banaras Hindu University and Allahabad University.
CUET 2025 shall provide a streamlined one-stop opportunity for students to apply to the Central Universities of their choice throughout the country. This will eliminate all of the hassles resulting from the various systems of examinations used by the different universities and their syllabi. In fact, it will give every student the opportunity to choose any course without too much limitation imposed by his stream in 10+2 and open equal opportunities to everyone for admission to university of choice. The Central Universities Entrance Test will be held in about 154 exam centers all around the country in almost 13 languages for the academic year 2025-2026.
Eligibility Criteria for CUET UG
Undergraduate Program:
- General: Minimum 50% in Class 12
- SC/ST: Minimum 45% in Class 12

CUET Exam Pattern
NTA will also conduct CUET Exam in 13 languages ( Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Gujarati, Odiya, Bengali, Assamese, Punjabi, English, Hindi and Urdu).
